Très bien situé pour visiter Lanzarote: au milieu de l'ile donc tous les sites touristiques assez proches. Très bien pour une famille: grand logement, activité pour enfant même en période de Noel, animation tous les soirs, WiFi.

Personnel vraiment pas agréable. Nourriture abondante mais de qualité moyenne

our 2nd stay at the floresta and we would definately return. we were given an apartment we requested which was in the perfect location on the complex, very spacious and kept very clean.all the staff are very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely holiday. perfect location next to the beach.

very large 2 bed apartment which would sleep 6 but only had one sofa to seat 3 people in the living area.

One small complaint, our 4year old grandson had to sleep on the one and only sofa leaving us with no where to sit when he went to bed at 9pm, another sofa or folding bed would have made the accommodation better (we did have this when we stayed last year). many thanks for a lovely holiday, the staff and complex are excellent

we loved our visit to the Floresta. Location for us was great, we enjoyed the quieter location which had all the shops and amenities nearby.

Rooms very clean and happy with the apartments

Entertainment poor, Food was ok but went in to each meal every day hoping there would be something really nice on offer. The fried chicken was good. Beds very uncomfortable and poor sleep was had by all. The protective sheet over the mattress made alot of noise any time a person moved on it.

Meine Frau und ich wünschten in den Appartments besseres Geschirr und einige Weingläser. Für Diabetiker sollte gegen einen Aufpreis ein Extra Essen angeboten werden. Die 5-malige Reinigung ist nicht erforderlich. Es genügt eine Reinigung 3-mal wöchtentlich. Die Abendveranstaltung sollte auf 20 Uhr vorverlegt werden.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel en general, con un servicio muy amable.
Le moins aim
Se queda un poco justo el "todo incluido", y lo que no gusta nada es que las bebidas del "todo incluido" son de marca blanca y malisimas, con lo cual no se disfuta de ello, incluido el café que es de maquina y malo.
