front desk staff not friendly or helpful, poor attitudes except the gentleman on at night and the one woman in the morning on our last day there. A kitchen starter pack with dish liquid and wash rag. Or warning on the website that although they provide a stocked kitchen they give you nothing to wash the dishes.

We were very glad that we had the appartement we requiered: 1303. For us this is de appartement perfectly situated at the pool/ at the sun. Thank you for that!

It would be nice when te beds/matrasses and pillows were a bit softer/more comfortable.

The rooms were very clean. The maids do a brilliant job. Theanimatipn team were good,as was the food.

The attitude and service of the staff. I accept their English may be limited but they look at you like approaching the bar for a drink is an inconvenience. Also, they need to listen to what people order carefully, one member of our party is diabetic and it took hours for the blood sugars to return to normal after we realised that the bar staff had given pepsi not diet pepsi. Things like this can have huge health problems, bar staff need to be aware!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the floresta which was the second or third time we had stayed at the floresta,and as we come to lanzarote three times a year would be happy to cosider staying at the floresta in future.Thanks to all your staff for their curtesy and kindness.As my wife has arthritis and osteporosis we requested a ground floor room and your allocation of room L108 was ideal. thank you for awonerful holiday

Quests reserving sun loungers early in the morning and not using them until the afternoon especially around the childrens pool for people who had no children!

The personnel was very friendly and helpfull It was very close to the beach, shops, supermarket, taxi, bus, bars and restaurants. No loud music at the pool, excellent! The disco is inside

the matras on the bed was to hard, my back hurts, I didn't sleep well The equipment in the kitchen should be more: so more glasses, plates, spoon,forks, knives and pots and pans. Cooking was not easy in the appartment Our neigbours were very loudy when they came home in the middel of the night, so whe several times didn't sleep well because of the noise A lot of people reserve a sunbed at the pool by leaving their towels on it. You should look after that.

The apartment was really big, clean, and quiet. The location is perfect near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The swimming pools were nice, but you had to reserve the sunbed early in the morning. To conclude we loved it there and we would like to come next year again.

Privacy at our balcony,surroundings of the appartment, quality of food and appartment, well cleaned,beautifull garden, great swimmingpool, nice tennis area, also the restaurant and the looks of the appartment, the reception, the outside etc. was really perfect and modern!

Reservations of the sunbeds around the pool, the first days we arrived there was plenty of beds free but since wednesday all beds ware taken at 8.00 hours in the morning! Also the snacks in the bar for all inclusive can be better.

The relaxed atmosphere was very nice. The kids club though quiet due to the time of year was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids thanks to the lovely Joanna. There was a good choice of food at every meal time.

Very little to dislike, but it would have been nice to have nicer fruit juice at breakfast. The juice at the dispenser was highly diluted and poor quality. It would have been nice to have a good coffee at other times during the day. The pool bar coffee was poor. The restaurant only served up good coffee at breakfast.
